First, please Register as GoPrint4U member by filling the relevant information. After log in your account after registration, you can select the product, the size and quantity on the product page, add it to the shopping cart, and then check out and pay accordingly.

3. Is there a minimum amount per order?
Yes, the minimum spend on the website is HK$200 net (after discount if any)
4. After placing an order, when will it be delivered?
Production usually takes 2-3 working days, depending on the product category, quantity, and size with an additional 1 working day for delivery. In case of extreme weather conditions (No. 8 typhoon signal or above, Black Rainstorm, etc.), the delivery date would be delayed. For details, please contact our customer service.
5. What are the payment methods?

6. What is the format of the uploaded file?
The uploaded file should be in the format of Ai (Adobe Illustrator) 、JPG、PDF、ZIP、RAR、EPS.
7. What should I do if I cannot upload file?
There is a chance that the file is larger than 64MB, or does not conform to the format as mentioned of (No.6), so it cannot be uploaded. In such case, please email the image file to sales@goprint4u.com, or share the link with Google Drive, WeTransfer, etc., and please indicate the order number when you send it out via these channels.
8. What is the address of self-pick-up point and how much is the delivery charges?
